The 2022 Miss Scenic Rivers Royal International Pageant Registration form

Location: East Stage - evening gown on stage

Intro and interviews will be held at an indoor location.  The pageant will begin at 10:00.  More information on specific times and locations, walking patterns, intro and interview examples will be posted at a later date.

The Homochitto River Festival is proud to announce the inaugural Miss Scenic Rivers Royal International Pageant. 

 

Royal International Miss offers a unique blend of glamour and elegance to the traditional world of pageantry. 

Royal International Miss gives delegates opportunities for personal, relational, and academic growth which culminates in the Royal International Miss pageant in Orlando Florida (July 2023)

This prestigious pageant is in 30 states and 5 countries.  We are excited to be the first Royal International Miss Pageant offered in the State of Mississippi! 

​

Delegates crowned Miss Scenic Rivers Royal International Pre-teen, Jr. Teen and Teen will win free entry into the RI Miss pageant in Orlando.  Other opportunities for the winners include promotional events, appearances, fund raising opportunities to defer travel costs to Royal International Miss, training and preparation for Royal International Miss, social media presence and more.

Your $100 registration fee allows you to compete for the title of Miss Scenic River Royal International.  The competition categories include evening gown, introduction and interview. 

​

Evening Gown 60 points – The evening gown should be floor length for all divisions and should reflect the delegate’s personal style and compliment their personality.  Make up and hair should enhance the delegate’s natural beauty. 

​

Introduction 15 points – Each delegate will give a personal introduction before the interview session that will take place off stage.  The introduction should include name, hobbies, hometown and personal ambitions, etc.  The introduction should not exceed one minute.  This is the first opportunity for the judges to meet you, so be creative in your presentation.

Interview 25 points – There will be a round robin style interview session with our judges following the introduction (off-stage).  Judges will use the information from the introduction as the basis for the interview questions. 

​

There will be an *optional photogenic category that will be judged separately Entry fee $25.

*Please understand that photogenic is not part of the Royal International judging. There will be a separate cash prize for photogenic.
